Default Xunlai Representative

I recently created a new Elonian toon, and noticed something different in the options that the Kamadan-based Xunlai Representative gave. After purchasing a storage account for 50 gold, and talking to him again, he gives two options:

- Review Available Upgrades
- Show me my storage account.

If you select the first option, he then gives the more familiar two options:

- Crafting Material Storage
- Show me my storage account.

Crafting Storage has been around for a while, but why the first set of options? True, this may be trivial, but it could imply future changes...

To investigate further, I checked the Shing Jea Xunlai Representative, and he dialog begins with the second set of options, and there is no "review."

I looked on Wiki, and searched the forum here, and couldn't find anything on this, not even a screenshot.

Is this a recent change, or did I just not pay attention before?

Right, and this is *not* about materials storage. I'm fully aware that this has been around for quite some time.

It's specifically about the "Review Upgrades" text...

Is that clearer, perhaps?

That Xunlai guild take forever to research new technologies. Though, they're from cantha, I hear the Celestial Ministry are really slow at getting anything done :P.

The formulation does hint that you will be able to buy (with real world money) Xunlai storage upgrades, which sounds fair to me.

I would say that there could be more type of storage upgrades in the future. There's nothing about real world money here whatsoever. Please don't stir the community.

Well, there is likely nothing to this. I had noticed it, and it seemed different than what I remembered, and was wondering if the community had any idea if it was a recent change.

I beleave this is from a while back when it was hinted at in the scribe that we would be getting a new set of storage options. Perhaps they had bugs, or maybe (as anet likes to do) they are gona release them l8r as a bonus for something or as another way to suck money out of us.

The "review available upgrades" is not new. Not sure if it was there from when the Xunlai reps first showed up, but it's been there for a good long time now.

And while I think it is safe to say that it was worded that way so they wouldn't have to change it when/if ANet offers more storage upgrades, but I don't think it's any indication of impending storage upgrades. Especially since it's been around for a while.

As far as I recall some did that from the very beginning - whichever one I used to purchase my first material storages did and I wondered something similar for a while afterward. My guess would be it is either a bug that is so low on the priority list or (more likely) it is there so they can easily add more options to the dialog if/when they feel like it.
